Transplant Life promotes not a way of life but life itself. There are hundreds of thousands of people whose life is depending upon the donation of an organ. By being an organ donor, you can provide life to those who are waiting for an organ transplant.
There are many who are not organ donors because they don’t like the idea of that being done to them after they die. Or they think that it would put undue stress on their loved ones. But be practical - once we die we no longer need our organs, but those same organs can bring life to those that need them and will die without getting an organ donation in time. As far as your loved ones are concerned please discuss it with them now while you are healthy and are not facing death. Most of the time they will understand. Think about yourself or one of your loved ones in need of an organ donation. What would you want others to do in that situation?
